Paul Winebrenner
Investment Associate
Paul is an Investment Associate at Renegade Partners. He started his career as an investment banking analyst within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) group at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he developed his interest in helping great ideas achieve scale. During his time at PWP, Paul was instrumental in the sale of a police force management company that focused on providing data-based analysis to police forces to identify officers showing leading indicators of abuse of force.
Paul holds dual degrees in Finance and Data Science from The University of Washington, where he spent some of his undergraduate time helping to build a machine learning model to predict March Madness that has consistently placed in the >90th percentile range. Paul now lives in San Francisco and spends his spare time playing basketball, skiing, playing jazz piano, and adventuring to new places.
